PF & ESI Registration is a mandatory compliance for employers in India to provide social security benefits to their employees. These schemes are regulated by the Government of India to ensure financial security, healthcare, and welfare for workers.

Eligibility for PF ESI Registration in Jaipur

Employee State Insurance scheme

is applicable to all the factories and establishments where: Organization having count of employee 10 or more and. Their monthly wage is not more than Rs 21,000.

Employee Provident Fund scheme

is applicable to all the factories and establishments where: Organization having count of employee 20 or more and. Their monthly wage is not more than Rs 15000.

Applicability of PF & ESI Registration

PF Applicability

  • Mandatory for establishments employing 20 or more employees
  • Applicable to employees earning up to ₹15,000 per month
  • Contribution: 12% by employer and 12% by employee

ESI Applicability

  • Mandatory for establishments employing 10 or more employees
  • Applicable to employees earning up to ₹21,000 per month
  • Contribution: Employer – 3.25% | Employee – 0.75%

A mobile app and a website have been launched by the government of India for easy registration for all the startups. Any business can set up a startup by filling a simple form on the website and by uploading all the required documents. The entire registration process is completely online.

Easy public procurement norms

The Startups can apply for government tenders. They are exempted from the criteria of "prior experience/turnover" which is applicable for other companies answering to the government tenders.
