Steps to Apply for FSSAI Registration

Step 1: Check Eligibility

Determine whether your business needs:

  • Basic FSSAI Registration

Step 5: Verification by FSSAI Officer

The Food Safety Officer reviews your application.
In some cases, a physical inspection may be conducted.

Step 6: Approval & Certificate Issuance

Once approved, the FSSAI department issues your 14-digit FSSAI Registration Certificate or License.
